Hunzinger Construction is proud to be a leader in sustainable construction. Hunzinger, in conjunction with Sustainable Building Solutions™ has been involved in a total of 34 LEED Projects (18 of the projects are LEED certified). Of those 18, 8 were Platinum, 4 were Gold, 5 were Silver, 1 was LEED Certified. In Wisconsin there are 18 LEED Platinum projects, 8 of them were completed by Hunzinger. There are a total of 4 LEED Platinum homes in Wisconsin, 1 of them was completed by Hunzinger.
At Hunzinger Construction Company, we proactively research, plan for and implement environmentally-conscious “best practices” based on triple-bottom-line results. With over 35 LEED AP's within our organization, Hunzinger is a champion in navigating LEED Certified projects to their fullest potential.

 Johnson Controls, Inc. World Headquarters
Ranking among the Milwaukee area's largest recent construction projects, the Johnson Controls facility has created a new signature campus that has drawn attention world-wide.
