 Old Republic Insurance
This fast tracked 13 week project is a complete tenant build-out including structural reinforcing, all new finishes, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, security and telecommunications replacements. New private offices, conferences rooms, cafeteria training room, IT server room with biometric security and an executive board room were installed.  American Family Insurance
Hunzinger Construction constructed the new 95,000 sf Class-A office building for American Family Insurance. The new office building is a high profile three-story building with below-grade parking. It is prominently located off I-94 in Pewaukee. The project features many sustainable aspects including, rain gardens, oversized detention ponds and water source heat pumps. View Full Project
