Hunzinger to be recognized as part of the first group of 12 Green Masters Companies

Hunzinger Construction has been selected as one of the inaugural Green Masters Companies by the WI Sustainable Business Green Masters Program. Hunzinger Construction is being recognized as one of the first 12 Green Master Companies to ever receive this prestigious award. Hunzinger Construction will also be recognized as part of the Green Master's Program for 2010. The companies selected scored within the top 20% of all participants within the program. WI Sustainable Business Green Masters Program (Green Masters Program) seeks to recognize sustainable actions by businesses from across the state. The program has defined “sustainability” through ten key areas and all participants need to have taken at least one action in each of the ten areas. By providing information on their actions, companies transparently share their accomplishments and commitment to sustainability. The Green Masters Program is a points based program, set up to encourage continuous improvement by establishing three levels of participation: Green Apprentice, Green Professional and Green Master.
