There was a lot of excitement and the proud staff of the new $11 million, 42,000 square foot, 3-story healthcare facility hosted guided tours of this much needed facility.  The new clinic doubles Progressive’s capacity to service a community desperately in need of health care services.

Later that evening at The Pabst Theater in downtown Milwaukee a Celebration of Milwaukee’s Best Gospel Groups Benefitting Progressive Community Health Centers was held. Performers included:  Spirit of Charms, Voices of Faith, Masonic Wonders, Independent Gospelettes, Sounds of Faith, Living Sacrifice, Pastor Rodney Cunningham and Company.  This show was presented by United HealthCare Community Plan to Benefit Progressive Community Health Centers.  It was an inspiring evening and a great way to celebrate the accomplishment of completing the construction of the clinic that took 10 years to plan and fund.  Congratulations to our friends at Progressive Community Health Centers and the Lisbon Avenue Clinic!  Hunzinger is proud to have served as Construction Manager for this desperately needed project.
