Park 151 Commerce I is located at 2840 Innovation Way Sun Prairie, WI. Hunzinger served as the self-performing Construction Manager to build this new 130,000 SF, one-story precast multi-tenant commercial office shell. The new building was designed by Korb & Associates. All the MEP trades were design-build. The project was developed by Interstate Partners.
Korb & Associates and JSD Professional Services, Inc. have introduced a high design concept with form liners on the precast panels that highlight the new building’s aesthetic.
The balanced cut fill site is also fully prepared for new developments with the utility infrastructure work completed to support the development of 7-8 additional warehouse, distribution or light industrial buildings.
