Bostik, Inc. (formerly Bostik ATO Findley, Inc.) is located at 11320 W Watertown Plank Road in Wauwatosa, WI. The 71,000 square foot addition, design-build project was completed with Stephen Perry Smith Architects in Pewaukee, WI.
Hunzinger served as the Design-Builder on this 71,000 square foot research and development addition to the existing 204,000 square foot factory building. The new addition included additional manufacturing and warehouse space along with a new state of the art Quality Control Lab. The addition also features a stylish steel structure with brick veneer and metal panels.
Bostik is a century old company that is a leading global adhesive specialist in industrial manufacturing, their construction and consumer markets were growing rapidly and they needed additional space. They manufacture adhesives for non-woven disposable products, film, fabric and paper converting, and applications in the packaging and assembly markets.
