BROOKFIELD OFFICE RENOVATION – CONFIDENTIAL CLIENT

Hunzinger served as General Contractor for a new Confidential Client at their Brookfield Offices located at 17335 Golf Parkway on the 5th Floor in Brookfield, WI. This 7,718 SF tenant improvement project totaling $1.8 million was completed in just 14 weeks. This build-out includes a new reception area, new offices, new conference and Zoom rooms, and a new breakroom. Hunzinger crews self-performed carpentry and selective demo. Lockwood Architecture + Design of New York served as project architects. After the project was completed, the client leadership complimented the Hunzinger team for running such a well-managed, efficient, clean, and top-quality project.
