Hunzinger served as general contractor for IDC Precision, an industrial manufacturer and distributor located at 600 Perkins Drive in Mukwonago, WI. This project involved relocation from an existing facility, down the street to a recently completed big box industrial building that we built out specifically for IDC to improve the efficiency of their operations. This more streamlined and updated facility was designed by architect George Butler Associates, Inc. (GBA) of Germantown, WI.

The project included improvements to an existing 150,000SF industrial of which 50,000SF is reserved for a future tenant space. The renovations included 89,000SF of F-1 occupancy manufacturing space and 11,000SF of 2 story office space.

This fast-tracked project was completed in under 7 months even with the challenge of acquiring electrical gear and distribution panels in time to finish the project. The scope of the work included upgraded electrical switchgear and distribution for warehouse equipment, LED lighting upgrades, aluminum cable tray for equipment power/air distribution as well as adding RTUs for warehouse distribution and a LULA elevator. Hunzinger self-performed selective demo, concrete and carpentry.
