Aric Daniels, Project Engineer

Hunzinger is excited to welcome Aric Daniels to our Project Management team as a Project Engineer.  Aric is a graduate of Homestead High School where he was a multi-sport varsity athlete participating in football, basketball and track.  After high school, he joined the Air Force where he was deployed to the Middle East twice, served as a HVAC technician, and earned a degree in organization management from Ashford University.  Upon completing his term of service for the Air Force, Aric joined Steamfitters 601 and the Air National Guard where he served another deployment in the Middle East.  Aric is married with 3 children and enjoys coaching his son’s flag football team. He is also the Running Back Coach for Homestead High School’s Varsity Football Team.  He enjoys playing basketball and helps out at the VFW.  His unit does free furnace maintenance for veterans and their families.  Aric is working on our team that is building Komatsu’s new South Harbor Campus Project.

Aaron Weyhrich,
Construction Technical Services Engineer

Aaron Weyhrich joined Hunzinger as a Construction Technical Services Engineer.  Aaron is working with our Project Management and Virtual Design & Construction Coordination™, (VDCC) teams to expand our infrastructure for building and assembling our VDCC 3D models.  Aaron, a graduate of Milwaukee Lutheran High School, began his career with local company Direct Supply, where he worked on their technical support team.  In 2006, Aaron joined the U.S. Marine Corps, served 8 years and was honorably discharged in 2014.  Stationed stateside in Pensacola FL, Fort Worth, TX and later at Great Lakes Naval Base, he was assigned to flight safety equipment support units and with the tactical data administration units of the Marine Corps.  His work in the military required high attention to detail and a focus on honing his skills as a problem solver in very high stress environments.

Aaron married in 2016 and now with his wife, has 2 young daughters.  He and his wife both work full time but reserve their weeknights and weekends for friends and family, church on Sundays and the joys and challenges of being a young growing family. Aaron initially supported Hunzinger as a technical contractor for 9 months and in that time everyone was shown Aaron has a passion for making sure our teams felt secure and enabled with the tools and software he was supporting. Now, applying this to the technical services side of our business, the VDCC team can focus more time on expanding the application and use of tools like Trimble and 3D laser scanning of projects to capture data quickly with immense detail and accuracy.
