OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE SERVICES
As your Owner’s Representative, we advise on project development and construction related issues such as acquisition, programming and planning, design and construction. We serve you as an independent knowledgeable professional and our primary objective is to allow you to make the best informed decisions at each stage of your project. We are your advocate throughout the project and serve as a liaison between your staff and the design and construction team, always looking out for your best interests. We conduct constructability reviews, project value analysis, budget tracking and management, schedule development and tracking, bidding and subcontractor selection, construction oversight, and project commissioning. We provide accountability with a team-oriented spirit to ensure your project’s success.
Selecting the right partner for this role is crucial to a project’s success. Our team members are experienced builders and construction managers.
