Bluemound Corporate Park Phase 2 is located at N7W23750 Bluemound Road in Waukesha, WI. Hunzinger Construction Company was engaged as a self-performing Construction Manager to build a new 75,845 SF, one story precast multi-tenant commercial office shell. Interstate Partners, LLC is the developer on this new building that was designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects. Pierce Engineers and JSD Professional Services, Inc. are serving as project engineers.
The new building was fast-tracked with a 22 week schedule that was completed on time by mid-September, meeting the aggressive construction schedule. Hunzinger self-preformed all the footings and foundations for the project. Subcontractors on the project included Total Mechanical for the Design/Build Fire Protection, Plumbing and HVAC and Lemberg for the Design/Build Electric.
