MEQUON-THIENSVILLE – WILSON ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

Wilson Elementary School is located at 11001 N. Buntrock Ave. in Mequon, WI. Hunzinger served as construction manager for the project that was deemed necessary because of growing enrollment. At Wilson Elementary School, we added an addition that included a new gymnasium, four new classrooms, two new music rooms, one music practice room, a new set of restrooms, and a cafeteria expansion. For the existing school renovation of Wilson Elementary School, we added bathrooms in each of the 4K/5K classrooms, renovated the existing classrooms, created support rooms out of some classrooms, and added a new set of restrooms. We added new drop-off/pick-up lanes to the school along with new sidewalks, retention ponds, and landscaping as both schools are on the same campus. EUA was the project architect.
