Silverado North Shore is located at 7800 N. Green Bay Avenue in Glendale, WI. Hunzinger is serving as the Construction Manager on the project. It was designed by Eppstein Uhen Architects with Pierce Engineering serving as structural engineers and Henneman Engineering Inc. serving as MEP Engineers.

Silverado is nationally recognized as an expert in providing specialized care for individuals with memory impairment and other chronic or acute conditions. The two story new construction 48,000 SF, purpose-built community sits on a property of over two acres and has been designed to serve 85 residents with memory impairing conditions.

Notable features include the dedicated hospice suite allowing families to comfortably gather and share time with loved ones at the end of life, and a secure courtyard surrounded by the building offering a therapeutic experience through families and residents engaging in various settings on the porch, in the solarium or on the multiple balconies. The design focus is to provide spaces not only for families to come and be with their loved ones, but for the memory care and assisted living residents to be able to move about unassisted on their own for as long as possible. This facility will compliment Silverado’s programming that specializes in improving the quality of daily life for all residents.

Irvine, California-based Silverado is a memory care operator with 52 locations in Arizona, California, Illinois, Texas, Utah, Washington and Wisconsin.
