Hunzinger Construction Company has been selected as the Construction Manager for Uline’s new H4 corporate office building in the Village of Pleasant Prairie. The new three-story, 370,000 SF office building will be similar in design to Uline’s other nearby office buildings in the village and will begin construction this summer. More than 57% of the 44.8-acre site is to remain undeveloped. This new office building could house an additional 1,300 employees, many of whom would be relocated from other existing Uline facilities in the area.

Uline released a statement saying, “As Uline’s business continues to grow, so does our staff. This new Pleasant Prairie office space will help us accommodate our expanding corporate workforce in Kenosha County. We will be able to not only grow out total office employee base but realign various corporate teams with dedicated space as needed”.

Uline already has 2,500 employees in the village of Pleasant Prairie across eight buildings, including five warehouses and one that has both corporate office and distribution space, also built by Hunzinger. Uline has more than 9,000 employees in total in North America. Uline distributes shipping and packaging materials and industrial supplies with a catalogue of products exceeding 850 pages.
