FRESENIUS DIALYSIS CENTER (MULTIPLE LOCATIONS)

Multiple Fresenius Medical Care Kidney Dialysis facilities were built in the Wisconsin area with Hunzinger serving as the General Contractor. We have constructed 14 different locations across the state starting in 2000. The most recent facility is a 13,765 sq. ft., location at 101 W. Michigan St. in Milwaukee within the Grand Avenue Mall.

Brubaker Architects, Inc. of Wilmette, IL are designing the shells and Christopher Kidd & Associates based in Menomonee Falls with offices in Sheboygan and Fort Collins, Co., are the architects for the interiors. Hunzinger crews are performing the concrete work and carpentry.
