SENDIK'S WEST MILWAUKEE

Sendik’s West Milwaukee Store is located at 1740 Miller Park Way and occupies the final 4.6 acre section of undeveloped land on bustling Miller Park Way. The new Sendik’s comprises 42,000 SF of space. The adjoining Goodwill store is approximately 16,000 SF. Hunzinger served as construction manager for both projects, self-performing all concrete and carpentry work. Madisen Maher Architects designed the project, developed by Devo Properties.

Whitefish Bay-based Sendik’s operates 14 stores throughout southeastern Wisconsin. The locally owned supermarket chain has grown its footprint over the past decade or so. The Sendik’s grocery store will employ 140 full-time employees and is one of six stores opening between 2016 and 2018. Goodwill will employ 40-50 full and part-time employees.
