SILVERADO - ST CHARLES MEMORY CARE UNIT

Silverado – St. Charles Memory Care Community is located at 4058 East Main Street in St. Charles, IL. Hunzinger served as the Construction Manager on the project. It was designed by Jensen and Halstead Ltd. of Chicago with Gage Consulting serving as project engineers and K2N Crest PC as structural engineers.

This 47,746 SF new construction, wood frame, single story memory care facility includes a 90 unit memory care community. The new building features sun rooms and skylights, a full commercial kitchen, a greenhouse, a large outdoor courtyard and covered patios to encourage connection with outdoor spaces and natural light.

There are other planned amenities that are designed to encourage social interaction and quality of life include bistro dining, a country store, a salon and a spa.
