On June 17th, Hunzinger employees and their families came out to support Lad Lake of Wisconsin’s 10th Annual Kettle Classic held at their Dousman Campus. The group totaling 20 from Hunzinger took part in the various activities offered throughout the morning to help raise funds for programs at Lad Lake. After completing their athletic endeavors, the Hunzinger group met up to enjoy a lunch of grilled brats, hot dogs and roasted corn provided by the event volunteers. All funds raised through the Kettle classic support Lad Lake’s education, and vocational training programs for at-risk youth. Jim Hunzinger, as past Board Chair of Lad Lake coordinated the effort that has become an annual tradition for Hunzinger and drew the highest attendance since the start of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The staff at Lad Lake reported that many attendees said that this was the best Kettle Classic ever with great weather, a new walking and running route, live music, a super delicious lunch, and pontoon rides around the lake. A great time was had by all!
