Hunzinger served as the Construction Manager for the new Milwaukee Bucks Entertainment Block as part of the downtown arena development in Milwaukee. The entertainment block, which spans Fourth Street from W. Highland Ave. to W. Juneau Ave., is the central element of the master design plan for the Fiserv Forum and surrounding development, and features an active space designed for year-round community use featuring a mixture of dining, entertainment and retail buildings. The block serves as an important connection between the Fiserv Forum and existing commercial activity along Old World Third Street. The Entertainment Block is the primary gathering place outside of Fiserv Forum for thousands of fans to support the Bucks’.
